Your responsibilities
Are you looking for an exciting combination of data engineering and data science in a modern consulting environment?
As a Data Engineer/Scientist you will take on both technical and analytical responsibilities within our teams, developing innovative solutions based on cutting-edge technologies. You will plan and implement state-of-the-art cloud data platforms and generate valuable insights that inspire our clients with the potential of the data landscape.
Your responsibilities include:
- Cloud data projects: Design, develop, and operate scalable and secure data management solutions in the cloud, with a focus on software-driven architecture, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Software solutions for analytics & AI use cases: Take responsibility for projects in big data, machine learning, and predictive analytics by developing data-driven applications, APIs, and services – ideally using Azure OpenAI services as well.
- Innovative data architecture: Build and continuously evolve advanced data architectures (e.g., based on Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks)
- Consulting and workshops: Advise our clients and conduct workshops on requirements analysis and optimal data architectures.
Your profile
- Completed degree, vocational training, or comparable qualifications in an IT environment, or practical experience in similar positions
- Proficiency in Python and other programming languages
- Experience in cloud-native computing and with a cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an advantage
- Knowledge of modeling and working with relational and non-relational data sources
- Strong affinity for data science and AI topics (especially Azure OpenAI)
- Excellent communication skills in German
