We start with a one-day workshop to define the desired functions of the data platform. We record your company's existing data landscape. Together, we discuss how we can implement your specific use case with Microsoft Azure Services, dbt or Snowflake can be realized technically. At the end of the workshop, we have a clear roadmap with which we can start the targeted implementation.
The next step is to develop a minimum viable product (MVP). In an iterative process, we build a data warehouse (DWH) that lays the foundation for future developments. In this step, we also check the technical feasibility. With the MVP, we ensure that your product quickly adds value. We can also quickly gather feedback and make improvements.
