Many companies already work with their own data and independently create analyses on the performance of various specialist areas. However, only a few of them have their own data team. But to really pick up speed on the subject, data management and data analytics need qualified personnel with specific responsibilities right from the start.

One of nexible's declared goals is to enable all employees to work in a data-driven way. Among other things, the data analysis tool Tableau is to be established as a self-service tool for everyone. Standard evaluations can be solved independently in this way in future. taod will be brought on board in order to bring about specific technical solutions quickly. The external service provider will cover any peak workloads and implement requirements, particularly for projects with tight deadlines. The overarching strategic goal is to become a data-driven company with fully automated processes based on all acquired data.

The skills of all those involved complement and dovetail with each other so that both business-driven and technical topics can be developed in a focused manner.
The primary tool is initially the BI and analysis software Tableau, for which taod provides both technical support and advice on content design, implements features and develops individual requirements technically. A new backlog is built up with the increasing requirements typical of the project. Existing structures and processes, such as ETL processes, are jointly optimized or expanded as required.
As the project progresses, new and more extensive analysis requirements arise. In addition to the development of Tableau functions, business-specific integrations and adaptations become more urgent and, above all, more detailed. Thanks to taod, nexible was able to bring the necessary expertise into the existing team at very short notice. Another new requirement is the optimization of ETL processes. In future, the existing process is to be organized via the Apache Airflow workflow management platform. New ETL processes will be created and existing ones adapted. All data sources must be explored, consolidated and prepared in a business-oriented manner.
